As you know, I am not good at self care but great at taking care of everyone else, animals and people alike. This weekend, my stupid, horrible bed threw my back and the nerves in my legs into a tizzy! Very painful and difficult. Instead of doing what I would recommend or do for my clients, I tried Aleve, Ibuprofen, and rest. It did not work. Duh, no surprise.
Then, I got smart and used my inversion table (Teeter), and essential oils (Young Living). It helped. Still suffering to some extent, I used more oils, my Photonic Red Light Pro and Reiki. Within 10 minutes I was considerably better. When did I notice? While feeding the horses.
Why did I wait? Stupidity.
Do what you know and take care of yourself! (I will be treating myself with this modality again before bed.)
